How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Where will my order ship from?

I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company based in the USA.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on shipments outside of the USA. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. You are responsible for these fees. 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Most packages are delivered no later than 5 business days after the expected delivery date. If the delivery is taking longer than expected, and you're concerned that your package is missing, please contact me at [email protected].

Before getting in touch, please do the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, you can receive a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices are listed in CAD / Canadian currency.
