Original Artwork Shipping Policy
I am unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.
Shipping rates DO NOT cover duties and taxes outside of Canada.
- After an order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Orders vary in processing time. Click here to review the delivery windows page for information on shipping status.
- Orders with multiple items may require extra processing time.
- I ship to the address provided by the customer and am not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
- All original artwork orders will require a signature at the time of delivery. If there’s no answer at the door, the delivery agent will leave a Delivery Notice Card in the addressee’s mail receptacle that directs the addressee to the designated post office to pick up the item.
- The customer is responsible for any applicable re-delivery fee.
- Local pickup is available on request at midtown Toronto, Ontario.
